Cancellation Policy
We like to keep booking simple and flexible, while respecting both your time and ours. ✓ Your first 20-min intro call is free, so you can explore if coaching feels right for you. ✓ You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. ✓ After that, just reach out directly, we’ll always do our best to find a new time that works. ✓ All coaching sessions happen online, wherever you are in the world. We know life happens — that’s exactly why we aim to stay flexible. That said, if last-minute changes or cancellations become frequent, we may need to pause or stop our work together to make sure coaching remains helpful for everyone.
