Smoozitive Selected For the Founders Forward Mentorship Program – JPMorgan Chase x INCO

In June 2025, we stepped into an exciting new chapter for Smoozitive: joining the Founders Forward Mentorship Program, powered by JPMorgan Chase and operated by INCO.

This is more than a mentorship program. It’s nine months of high-level strategic support, industry insights, and hands-on guidance from experienced leaders at JPMorgan Paris, all designed to push female founders to the next stage of growth. And we couldn’t be more ready.

From Pitch Finalists to Mentees

This milestone is especially meaningful because it builds directly on our journey with JPMorgan Chase x INCO.

Back in September 2024, we pitched Smoozitive at the Founders Forward Perfect Pitch Competition and proudly reached the finals. That moment marked a turning point: we took the feedback, refined our approach, and started the pivot toward what Smoozitive is today, a smart, data-driven, and human-first solution that helps companies and individuals improve relocation success rates for their international employees and their families.

Fast-forward nine months, and we’re back, this time, not to compete, but to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside incredible mentors and a powerful network of female founders.

Selected From 60 Applications

This year’s program drew around 60 applications. Only 15 were selected, and Smoozitive is honored to be among them.

We’ve been paired with mentors whose expertise spans corporate strategy, financial planning, sales development, and enterprise partnerships. Plus they are expats themselves. Their mission is clear: challenge our vision, refine our B2B offer to fit company needs, and strengthen our sales strategy so we can take Smoozitive’s impact to more organizations across Europe.

Why This Matters for Smoozitive

For us, mentorship isn’t about ticking a box, it’s about transformation. The Founders Forward program gives us:

Looking Ahead

Over the next nine months, we’ll be working closely with our mentors, sharing updates, and taking bold steps to scale our impact. We’ll continue building the technology, refining our predictive model, and ensuring HR teams have the tools to support international employees not just during the move, but throughout their entire journey abroad.
