Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want space to process, this session provides actionable guidance and emotional support. Book whenever you need a focused reset. Valid for 6 months
Cancellation Policy
This 10-session coaching package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session start time. You may cancel your package purchase within 14 days of payment, as per EU online selling regulations. If any sessions were already used, the price of completed sessions will be calculated at the full single-session rate of €120, and only the remaining balance will be refunded. After the 14-day cancellation period, packages are non-refundable. Any no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session (without prior agreement from your coach) will be counted as a completed session and charged in full. In case of repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows, Smoozitive reserves the right to pause or end the coaching package to ensure coaching remains effective for both sides.
